Its three street-facing glass facades are composed of a checkerboard pattern of two-story projections clad in a spandrel glass that’s been carefully selected to conceal the building’s concrete structure and create a uniform surface.
Inspired by a local zoning allowance, the projections are distinct from the more common vertical bay windows and give One Hill South a dynamic character resulting from the play of light and shadow. Inside, the 383 studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments feature open floor plans with rich finishes including oak floors, walnut cabinetry, and marble surfaces.
Select units also feature a terrace overlooking the courtyard. Resident amenities include a fitness center, private lounges, and a landscaped roof terrace with a swimming pool and outdoor dining.
